The Project - Top Level Overview

How Will We Do This?
- Build secure homes throughout Bruce County, using a decentralized model (Port Elgin, Wiarton, Kincardine and Brockton)
- House up to 16 women and their children
- Provide affordable leases for one/two years
- Have options of one, two and three bedrooms
Project Steps for Each Home
- Acquire the land
- Design the facilities to house up to 16 women in total and their children (4 apartment style buildings at each location)
- Secure the funding
- Build the facilities
- Open first facility in Port Elgin in 2007
- Establish on site programming
